Product Management at Airtel will form the basis of all innovations in design and experience - across products such as My Airtel App, Wynk, Airtel Payments Bank et al.
The impact of the product team will go beyond just the consumer business of Airtel to the Global Business domain where we are working in cutting edge technologies such as Cloud, IoT and Security.
At an underlying platform layer, the product team will drive innovation in multiple ways, using customer data to develop key capabilities around Data Services and deliver highly improved customer engagement across touchpoints.
Finally, the Incubations team will help rapidly test and deploy propositions (both our own as well as partner propositions) on digital channels.
